What I like the most is the simplicity and transparency. As a client, I don't need complicated registrations: I upload everything through a link and, best of all, I can see the status of each document in real time. It's difficult to say anything negative because the platform perfectly fulfills what it promises. To suggest something for the future, I would like them to continue expanding the customization or language options, but on a functional level, it is impeccable and greatly facilitates the work.
