GestAI Reviews & Product Details

GestAI is an AI-enabled practice management platform for psychologists and psychotherapists, developed by 4Mee S.r.l. It brings clinical documentation, AI assistance and practice administration together in one cloud environment. The platform supports patient records, session notes and documents, informed-consent workflows, appointments, invoicing and payments. With the appropriate patient consent, professionals can record sessions or upload session material and use AI-assisted transcription, draft notes, summaries and analysis to organise information for their review. Its contextual AI assistant helps professionals consult authorised session notes, patient documentation and practice information. It can support preparation of content and management actions within the available permissions and confirmation workflow. GestAI is designed to reduce fragmentation between clinical and administrative tools while keeping the professional in control. AI-generated content must be reviewed by the clinician; it does not provide autonomous diagnoses or replace clinical judgement or the therapeutic relationship. The platform is browser-based, with an initial focus on the Italian professional market. Further product information is available at https://www.gestai.it.
