GeoTapp TimeTracker is the mobile app that field technicians use to clock in and out, record interventions, and send back GPS-verified evidence from the job site. It is built for trades and field operatives across cleaning, security, technical maintenance, electrical and plumbing work, construction, and facility services, where the workforce moves between client locations every day and a fixed clock-in terminal does not fit the operational reality. The application runs on Android and iOS and is designed to be usable by an operative with no prior training. Clock-in and clock-out events are tied to verified GPS coordinates, captured at the moment of the action rather than self-declared. The operative can attach photographs of completed work, add notes, and close the intervention from the phone. Weekly timesheets are generated automatically and exported in formats compatible with the most common Italian and European payroll software. GeoTapp TimeTracker works both as a standalone product for small teams that need a reliable mobile time tracking system, and as the field-side companion of GeoTapp Flow, the operations management platform from the same vendor. When used together, the operative data captured in TimeTracker syncs in real time with the multi-site dashboard, certification reports, and client-verifiable evidence layer that Flow provides. Companies typically start with TimeTracker on the team side and add Flow on the management side as operations scale beyond a single supervisor. Compliance is built in. The product is designed in alignment with Article 4 of the Italian Workers' Statute and the GDPR, with documented procedures for worker information notices, union agreement or labor inspectorate authorization workflows, and metadata retention compliant with Italian Data Protection Authority guidelines. The product is available in 11 languages and is used by small and mid-sized businesses across Italy, Germany, France, Spain, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and Portugal.
