**What do you like best about GEOR?**

Their team is very responsive and professional. The dashboard is clean and easy to use, and all the documents and reports are always organized and accessible. They make complex processes feel simple. I also appreciate their flexibility and clear communication throughout every step.

**What do you dislike about GEOR?**

So far, the experience has been very positive. If I had to mention something, it would be the limited customization in some of the reports. A bit more flexibility in formatting or exporting data would make it even better.

**Recommendations to others considering GEOR:**

If you're looking to hire globally without setting up legal entities in every country, GEOR is a great solution. They handle all the complex parts—payroll, compliance, and HR—so you can focus on your core business. I recommend them to any company planning international growth or needing a reliable Employer of Record partner.

**What problems is GEOR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GEOR helps us hire and manage talent across different countries without needing to open local entities. This has saved us time, reduced legal risk, and made international expansion much smoother. **What do you like best about GEOR?**

amazing. Just two weeks after we came to them, we already have our candidates recommended and ready to hire. I haven’t had much experience with recruitment agencies, but from what I’ve heard, they work nowhere near that fast. I am afraid that my expectations have been raised so high now that I can only disappoint myself next time I work with an outside recruiter.

**What problems is GEOR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recruiting two Python engineers for my company in the real estate industry.I needed to hire two solid Python developers for web scraping and data processing. In real estate, to have a deeper understanding of the market, I need to derive insights from many property listings and judge their prices depending on the location, size, and other factors. The more listings I have access to, the easier it is to spot a good deal within it. The engineers built a scraping mechanism for me to get the data from the internet and transformed them into the format I wanted. Finally, they saved everything in the database.

**What do you like best about GEOR?**

Geor founders were entrepreneurs who’ve built, scaled, and sold technology startups before. They really get our needs because they’ve been where we are at and have done what we have to do. That permeates to all of the folks we’ve worked with at Geor. They are very quick to respond and get how important it is to move fast and do it with the highest quality possible.

**What do you dislike about GEOR?**

Despite their best efforts we did lose our head of support over the summer. Any incremental improvement in retention would be amazing though they are really strong in this department now.

**What problems is GEOR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking to build out a full stack development team of top talent who would be dedicated to us as full time staff. And we needed everyone to join our team as quickly as possible given our company's growth and product needs.

Recruitment Redefined.'s biggest strength was the quality of the service they provide. The team followed through with their commitments and created a fantastic experience for candidates. The candidate experience portion they offered was a differentiation, which was often overlooked on the employer's side.

I recommend taking the time to have extended conversations with  Geor Recruitment Redefined. beyond the initial requisition. Building a relationship with the team paid real dividends for me since it made the engagement much more seamless because they understood which candidates they needed to source.

**What do you like best about GEOR?**

Geor's expertise in the startup ecosystem and comprehension of how our offshore development needs may differ from those of a large publicly traded firm is, in my opinion, a major asset. Compared to other offshore vendors, I don't have to explain things to them as much because they seem to understand right away. But in the end, quality is what matters most, and Geor has outperformed other companies I've worked with in the past in this regard.

**What do you dislike about GEOR?**

We actually have no issues as of now. The only issue I can think of is that, although they ultimately gave us this information when we requested, the fact that we were unaware of the precise national holidays in the nation where our development team is headquartered may have been a snag in the process.

They help us provide Developer staff augmentation for our growing product development division.

**What do you like best about GEOR?**

One of the most impressive factors to bear in mind is a good understanding of the market and salary brackets that should be offered for the candidates depending on the country and their seniority level. Knowledge of our needs, cultural fit, and a mix of soft and technical skills that we were after. Moreover, the approach towards the candidates who praised the process and had a positive candidate experience which is deeply important for us as a company.

**What do you dislike about GEOR?**

Some roles are really demanding and you don't always get a good candidate in a week like they try to do. However, here I would blame the difficult market in 2023 vmore than the process itself or the involvement of Remoted consultants.

The project consisted in recruiting 4 experienced software engineers.

**What do you like best about GEOR?**

They were very responsive and they always acted fast. In cases of emergency , when we need to scale team size, they shared new candidates very soon and we successfully increased team size. They checked the pulse of customer and developer frequently so they learned beforehand if there is something to take action or not.

**What do you dislike about GEOR?**

We encouraged the company to do their exams before bringing the candidate especially for the senior positions. So we will be meeting with the very short list, and most likely hire just after the meeting. Recently they started applying this and we had successful results.

We hired Geor to help us employ a senior data engineer and a senior business analyst.

What I  like best about them is how communicative they are in the process of matching us with the perfect video editor. PK was a great recruiter and to this day helps us with so many invaluable assets like getting our video editor all the resources, hard-rives, etc. that she needs. He even sent her a welcome package!

I dont have anything at this point cause they're great communicators and able to take action quickly.

How they ask a lot of questions about what we needed, and then followed up quickly with results.

I guess more options to consider, but the options we had were good. They did a great job! Plan to use them in the future for more hiring.

They had a couple candidates right away, then if we wanted more they found them quickly. We ended up finding staff members quickly and to our satisfaction.
