I am not satisfied that the subscription renewal occurred at 2 AM from Sunday to Monday, which is essentially during the night of a weekend. Because there was not enough money on the card, they immediately blocked access. At 8 AM, the subscription was renewed and complaints were written to support, but at 9:30, support replied that they were sorry, and 10 minutes later they canceled the subscription altogether. Approximately 1700 GB was lost, and this caused huge reputational costs. Essentially, the service was unavailable for more than 14 hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
