Geocodio Reviews & Product Details

Received my results in less than 5 minutes!! WOW!!! Love the simplicity of accessing this valuable information, as we have candidates we are backing in the upcoming Aug & Nov elections! Your services are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Much appreciated ~ being a database girl in the corporate world for 40+ yrs , but new to the nonprofit / political arena, color me impressed! THANK YOU!!! We'll definitely be utilizing your services in the future as the database I've been handed has tons of holes in it?! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing, except that in the data returned there were too many fields we didn't need to import that data back in, which can be a good problem to have cuz you're not missing anything. But I had to do a bit of cleanup on fields not needed - still not an issue definitely not a complaint Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Geocodio provides a great balance of affordability, simplicity, and granular address data. Compared to many other platforms, it offers strong value for money with straightforward pricing, helping us avoid unnecessary costs or complexity. The API is straightforward and developer-friendly, the documentation is easy to follow, and the well-structured responses make it easy to map address components and location coordinates into our application. Geocodio is primarily focused on U.S. and Canadian addresses, so it may not be the best fit if you need broad international geocoding coverage. This is not a major limitation for our current customer use cases, but it is something we will have to keep in mind if we expand to support customers in other global regions in the future. I find Geocodio very easy to use, which makes my tasks simpler. The pricing is reasonable for small projects, which is also a plus. I appreciate the ability to convert street addresses into latitude and longitude quickly, making mapping much more straightforward for me. I also like that there's a feature that lets me automatically pull in additional data, like Congressional districts or income, without having to access different datasets myself. This additional data feature is quite nice and adds more value to my projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would be interested in seeing additional design and formatting options in the mapping features. Currently, they are good, basic tools, but having different default map styles, the ability to group markers, and the ability to change colors would be great improvements. I like Geocodio for solving our cost problems compared to other platforms, and I find it very accurate. Cost savings are what I like most about Geocodio, along with its accuracy and convenience. The initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Free version isn’t especially limited. Very easy to use user interface — not daunting to explain to end users. It also retrieves accuracy of the address — plus the source of the validation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Batch size on free version is capped. So if you are working with large data sets, you may be splitting your workload into multiple days. Also, API functionality plus characteristics are part of the premium version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
