The enrollment application automatically created a student profile and there was no transferring of information once the student finished the app or was accepted. All staff had the same system, just with different securities so it was easy to add access of needed vs having to switch between systems. We ultimately had to switch systems because Genius was not compatible with our state’s reporting platform. Genius provides a snapshot of a student's information and performance, keeps communication notes, files, and everything needed in one place.
