It helps in improving productivity of team and provides resource visibility. Best benefit is it improves quality of service, demand is streamlined and also can make sure project is alligned with industry objectives. **What do you dislike about Genius Project?** Interface is not user friendly. It is difficult to setup and remember the steps to follow any process. **Recommendations to others considering Genius Project:** Honestly, just give a try before you purchase the tool, understand the benefit and functionality of it so that you get accustomed to the tool and you can easily come to know if it is useful for your project or not. **What problems is Genius Project solving and how is that benefiting you?** Basically able to manage projects across multiple platforms. It helps in assigning resources and can track on regular basis and create availability for new work. We use the software to manage several projects at once so viewing the portfolio is very beneficial. **What do you dislike about Genius Project?** I find the steps to make a minimal change is cumbersome. I also find it's difficult to manage as an admin, meaning there are multiple setup steps and if you don't perform those steps very often it is a challenge to quickly recall the proper process. **What problems is Genius Project solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to manage projects across multiple resource groups within our company.
