GenHealth.ai Reviews & Product Details

GenHealth.ai automates the administrative work that slows down healthcare operations and revenue cycles, including intake, eligibility verification, prior authorization, billing, and claim follow up. GenHealth’s AI agents work directly across the systems and workflows your team already uses. They read incoming faxes and documents, extract patient and order information, and write it into your EMR, EHR, or billing system. They log into payer portals to verify eligibility and benefits, returning structured results instead of screenshots. For prior authorization, they review payer policies alongside patient records, build rule-based justifications, and submit electronically when supported. On the billing side, they turn encounter data into claims, apply coding and payer-specific edits, and submit clean batches, so billing teams can focus on exceptions. A typical workflow can run end to end: a referral fax arrives, GenHealth extracts the patient and order information, verifies eligibility through the payer portal, updates the billing system, and contacts the referring provider for missing information or sign-off. The workflow continues without manual intervention unless a decision requires human judgment. GenHealth works across the systems and channels healthcare teams already use, from EMRs and billing systems to payer portals, fax, and phone. Its agents can read, act, and write back across these workflows without requiring organizations to replace their existing technology. Deployments can go live in weeks rather than quarters. GenHealth is built for DME/HME providers, physician practices, billing companies, TPAs, and health plans looking to increase volume without increasing administrative headcount. Customers use GenHealth to reduce manual portal and documentation work, improve first-pass claim acceptance, accelerate referral-to-fulfillment, and free staff to focus on work that requires human judgment.
