What I liked the most about Gemseek in short has been its interface, which has allowed me to manage, organize and improve the way I provide my customer service to my buyers in a much more efficient and practical way to My, its performance is quite good, during its use I did not have any type of problem or inconvenience that greatly limited the use of this application, on the contrary, everything was quite fast and simple and without presenting major problems, the service team to the client is quite fast at the moment of supporting us in any problem or inconvenience that arises, allowing us in a much faster and more precise way to advance with our tasks without any problem. The platform is easy and user friendly, which gives us the opportunity to see instant customer feedback in their own words and in a preferable language. What do you like best about Gemseek?

The GemSeek CX platform is a complete end to end platform. I especially like the opportunity to build and launch surveys on your own. Now after we were hit by COVID-19 this is crucial to make our surveys adequate on time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are few functionalities which are restricted. I always have to ask my manager and then he has to check with the GemSeek team – this process is really cumbersome.

What do you like best about Gemseek?

The CX platform helps us not only measure customer satisfaction at the moment the interaction happens but also to immediately engage on a customer level and improve satisfaction. The days of waiting for a month to understand our NPS score are over - we have all the metrics within a click in our customised dashboards, which allows us to be both tactical and strategic in our business planning. What I truly love about GemSeek CX platform is the text analytics dashboard. It is super intuitive and easy to use. I can export all charts in powerpoint and all data excel and to engage internal stakeholders in the blink of an eye. It is a very effective tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

GemSeekCX is easy to use and allows us to make many customizations. It perfectly fits our organization thanks to the in-built multi-level hierarchy setup. Gemseek team treat me like a family member and try to make the platform work in every single situation. Super quick to respond whenever any user has an issue. They even incorporate our feedback into the platform future roadmap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The survey builder can be made more intuitive. We went through a great F2F training after the implementation but for all new users, it is very challenging. We would like also to get more specific features designed for our industry needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
