Anyone can use it, you don't need extensive training. The SOPs are very clear for the end user with the notations that can be added while making an SOP.

The ease of use. I generally tell people making a standard with GembaDocs is only anywhere from 1 to 10 minutes longer than it takes to actually execute the process (depending on how many process steps there are of course). The biggest hindrance, in my opinion, to you building the team you want is both you and your team's lack of understanding and discipline around standards and their importance. Speaking candidly, 1 minor feedback item I have is that when a standard is already made, every new step I add (after saving) prompts an option to increment the rev and document the reason for the change. Although both of those items are important, I think having to acknowledge them that often can be improved. Possibly, there could be 2 options for update down on the bottom of the screen where "UPDATE" usually is. Option 1: Update without incrementing rev or documenting a change log entry. Option 2: Update WITH incrementing rev or documenting a change log entry.

The best thing about GembaDocs, however, might be that this type of feedback is sought after and executed upon frequently by the founder and development team. Can't say enough great things about this product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Gembadocs has helped me create quick and easy SOPs which helps me to keep standards tight and effective on the processes which I complete in my day-to-day tasks, it also has made a great improvement to the Kanban system which we use, which helps us to keep on top of stock and keep our business LEAN Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downside I find with gembadocs is the inability to sort the SOPs by title, however I know that this is a feature that is hopefully going to be rolled out in the near future and I am looking forward to this update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Gembadocs removes all the struggle from putting together good standard operating procedures. For a long time I avoided doing SOP's as it was so time consuming to put them together and edit them. Now with Gembadocs it's so easy! It takes away all the hard work making it very manageable. You can take the photos and generate the SOP on your phone or use a PC, whichever is easier. The ease at which we can create a very clear standard operating procedure. We're also very impressed with how easy it is to change and update processes. GembaDocs is such a user friendly platform that allows us to create and update SOP's quickly and easily. The ability to use a combination of photos and videos ensures every detail that's needed can be added to the SOP. It's the easiest way I have ever come across to create clear SOPs for physical and virtual processes all in one place. The mobile app and PC version mean you can document every process easily, update it just as easily and access them even easier. Our people use it for everything. It can seem easier to use Loom or a video recorder for some computer based processes and whilst it's certainly faster to create the SOP, it's much more difficult for someone to follow a video rather than a step by step SOP. It's also much easier to change / update the step by step. GembaDocs does let you record short 30 second video steps too though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's just simplicity, comparing to old way with excel sheets and importing pictures into document and then after being finished you realize you have to do it once again since on the shop floor situation is completely different...SOP is now child's play and the most important thing people on the shop floor can make it by themselves for them and finally use it. It's so easy to use, multiple tools that we use everyday. Kanban cards are easy to input and then print into so many usable formats. SOP have been designed so we can make them more towards pictures or wording or both. Being able to add videos to an SOP is very valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
