The SOPs are very clear for the end user with the notations that can be added while making an SOP. Its so easy to use that you actually bother to make SOPs **What do you dislike about Gembadocs?** It's excellent so I can't think of too much that I dislike. I generally tell people making a standard with GembaDocs is only anywhere from 1 to 10 minutes longer than it takes to actually execute the process (depending on how many process steps there are of course). The biggest hindrance, in my opinion, to you building the team you want is both you and your team's lack of understanding and discipline around standards and their importance. There's no better tool for reaching that required level of discipline and understanding of standards than GembaDocs. **What do you dislike about Gembadocs?** Speaking candidly, 1 minor feedback item I have is that when a standard is already made, every new step I add (after saving) prompts an option to increment the rev and document the reason for the change. Although both of those items are important, I think having to acknowledge them that often can be improved. Possibly, there could be 2 options for update down on the bottom of the screen where "UPDATE" usually is. Option 1: Update without incrementing rev or documenting a change log entry. Option 2: Update WITH incrementing rev or documenting a change log entry. The best thing about GembaDocs, however, might be that this type of feedback is sought after and executed upon frequently by the founder and development team. Can't say enough great things about this product. **What problems is Gembadocs solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is solving the #1 problem that most companies suffer from.....Lack of Understanding and Discipline around Standards. Standards serve 2 purposes: 1) Creating a baseline to measure improvement from and 2) Making it easier and faster to detect when an abnormality, or problem, has occurred. Once you understand that, the biggest hindrance to the ultimate condition you will seek to achieve is simply the barrier to entry with creating/documenting the standards you informally have. We're at over 500 standards in GembaDocs as of last week, and the growth and maturity of our company and team members since we started using it are astonishing. ### 3. For a long time I avoided doing SOP's as it was so time consuming to put them together and edit them. Now with Gembadocs it's so easy! It takes away all the hard work making it very manageable. You can take the photos and generate the SOP on your phone or use a PC, whichever is easier. We're also very impressed with how easy it is to change and update processes. In an ever evolving business landscape, change is fast. Being able to adapt easily with as little struggle as possible is critical. **What do you dislike about Gembadocs?** One thing to consider would be the option to remove annotations in a photo for updating purposes rather than having to re-upload a new image and then annotate again. **What problems is Gembadocs solving and how is that benefiting you?** Clarity for all our company processes. When you bring things to light nothing is hidden. It's easy for anyone to take over a process and also removes ambiguity. Do it one way, the right way. And update/improve as needed. ### 6. The mobile app and PC version mean you can document every process easily, update it just as easily and access them even easier. Our people use it for everything. **What do you dislike about Gembadocs?** It can seem easier to use Loom or a video recorder for some computer based processes and whilst it's certainly faster to create the SOP, it's much more difficult for someone to follow a video rather than a step by step SOP. It's also much easier to change / update the step by step. GembaDocs does let you record short 30 second video steps too though. **What problems is Gembadocs solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wanted to have SOPs for all our critical processes but did not have an appropriate tool to use to implement them properly. ### 8.
