The SOPs are very clear for the end user with the notations that can be added while making an SOP. Its so easy to use that you actually bother to make SOPs **What do you dislike about Gembadocs?** It's excellent so I can't think of too much that I dislike. For a long time I avoided doing SOP's as it was so time consuming to put them together and edit them. Now with Gembadocs it's so easy! It takes away all the hard work making it very manageable. You can take the photos and generate the SOP on your phone or use a PC, whichever is easier. Definitely a game changer for anyone in a role who needs to create good, standardised processes. **What do you dislike about Gembadocs?** Only downside is I didnt have it years ago! 😊 **What problems is Gembadocs solving and how is that benefiting you?** Gembadocs is allowing us to bring clarity around our processes to our staff. We're also very impressed with how easy it is to change and update processes. In an ever evolving business landscape, change is fast. Being able to adapt easily with as little struggle as possible is critical. **What do you dislike about Gembadocs?** One thing to consider would be the option to remove annotations in a photo for updating purposes rather than having to re-upload a new image and then annotate again. **What problems is Gembadocs solving and how is that benefiting you?** Clarity for all our company processes. When you bring things to light nothing is hidden. It's easy for anyone to take over a process and also removes ambiguity. Do it one way, the right way. And update/improve as needed. ### 5. The ability to use a combination of photos and videos ensures every detail that's needed can be added to the SOP. Then, the accessibility options like QR codes as well as hard copies caters for all operator and/or job preferences. **What do you dislike about Gembadocs?** Nothing. So far, we have been able to create and implement all SOP's using GembaDocs without any issues and each update brings more and more to the table. **What problems is Gembadocs solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's allowing us to create a standard for each specific area or task which in turns helps us make the process the expert and reduce the risk of uncontrolled variations. ### 6. The mobile app and PC version mean you can document every process easily, update it just as easily and access them even easier. Our people use it for everything. **What do you dislike about Gembadocs?** It can seem easier to use Loom or a video recorder for some computer based processes and whilst it's certainly faster to create the SOP, it's much more difficult for someone to follow a video rather than a step by step SOP. It's also much easier to change / update the step by step. GembaDocs does let you record short 30 second video steps too though. **What problems is Gembadocs solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wanted to have SOPs for all our critical processes but did not have an appropriate tool to use to implement them properly. ### 7. I showed my 10 year old how to use it and she loved making SOP's for bathing the dog. **What do you dislike about Gembadocs?** I can't say there is even the slightest thing I don't like about the app, first class all round. **What problems is Gembadocs solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have return customers that I need to sometimes do the same repair or equipment check more than once, if its a long process and easy to forget it allows me to create a standard op for the process instead of trying to remember what I did 6 months ago, it saved a mountain of time for me. ### 8. Kanban cards are easy to input and then print into so many usable formats. SOP have been designed so we can make them more towards pictures or wording or both. Being able to add videos to an SOP is very valuable. **What do you dislike about Gembadocs?** It was that you couldn't change colours but the Gemba doc team changed that now we can colour code for departments! **What problems is Gembadocs solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps create standards to keep our products Uniform ### 10.
