Gelato AI - LMS & Roleplay Practice Reviews & Product Details

Gelato AI is an AI roleplay platform from edzlms for sales, customer service, leadership and compliance training. Teams build AI personas and real-world scenarios, and employees practise conversations by voice or text until they are ready. Every session is scored on the criteria you choose, such as clarity, empathy, objection handling, accuracy and tone. In voice mode it also scores pace and confidence. Managers see team readiness on a dashboard, get alerts on who needs attention, and can export audit-ready reports. Gelato AI supports 12+ languages, including English, Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Odia, Italian and French. It works inside the edzlms LMS or connects to any LMS through LTI 1.3 with single sign-on. It is hosted in the EU or India, with data and backups kept in-region. It is used by banking, insurance, retail and consumer-care brands. A free trial is available on request.
