## Gaggle Mail Reviews
 ### 1. Reliable Mailing Lists with Responsive Support by REAL Humans

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katherine L. | Facilitator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Gaggle Mail?**

I have been using Gaggle Mail for about two years. I tried it because I had previously used Google Groups for managing small communities of practice, and I had trouble with Google arbitrarily requiring member posts to be moderated (even though moderation was turned off), and it didn't notify me about the blocked messages. On user forums, it was clear that it wouldn't be resolved.

In contrast, while using Gaggle Mail, I have had almost no issues, and the one tiny hiccup I did have was resolved quickly and by a real human being, which I am even more grateful for these days.

I love that it is easy to add new members, see the archive of posted messages, and customize welcome messages and footers. The interface is clear and uncluttered. And as I mentioned, customer service is responsive and effective!

**What do you dislike about Gaggle Mail?**

I don't have any major complaints about using Gaggle Mail. The one issue that I have noticed in our group is that members don't realize that if they reply to a message, it goes to the entire list of about 100 people. If they scroll to the footer, they can easily reply to just one person, but it isn't obvious. I wish there were a way to add some kind of more obvious button or link in messages that made it easier for people to choose whether to "reply all" or reply to one person.

**What problems is Gaggle Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gaggle Mail is solving the problem of communicating with a large group of people in a reliable way that does not require members to have a certain type of email or account. It also offers real humans who respond to customer service issues, which is a big gap in the free services offered by the tech giants. I don't mind paying the small, affordable price for this quality service.

 ### 2. Gaggle Mail streamlines group emails with easy replies and moderation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lucy W. | Communications Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Gaggle Mail?**

Great to have a centralised platform to manage our emails and members. Gaggle Mail has been a really effective tool for managing group communication. The ability for members to simply reply to an email and have it shared with the whole group keeps things straightforward and avoids messy email chains.

Moderation features are also a big plus, being able to approve or edit messages helps maintain clear, professional communication.

It’s saved time by removing the need to forward emails or manage multiple threads. An unexpected benefit has been stronger engagement, as people are more likely to participate via familiar email.

**What do you dislike about Gaggle Mail?**

Search functionality is a limitation, finding past messages isn’t always quick, especially in busy threads.

It would also be great to see more customisation options for branding and layout. Improving these areas would make the platform more efficient to manage day-to-day.

**What problems is Gaggle Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We struggled with managing group emails across multiple threads and messages were getting missed in long chains. It was time-consuming to keep everyone informed and created confusion around who had seen what.

With Gaggle Mail, everything runs through a single group email, and we can tailor who receives what. This has streamlined communication and removed the need to manually forward messages or manage separate lists.

As a result, we’ve saved hours each week on admin and reduced miscommunication.

 ### 3. Effortless, Budget-Friendly Communication for Our Community

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sheryl K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Gaggle Mail?**

I love that Gaggle Mail is simple and just works. The administrative interface is easy to use, making it accessible for most groups without needing a tech genius. It provides an affordable option, which is great for small non-profits like our faith community. It's also appreciated that Gaggle Mail offers a private, two-way communication channel using a mode of communication that's familiar to multiple generations. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Gaggle Mail?**

It does not magically solve the problem of declining use of email. It stays in its lane and just does email very well. That is a plus and a minus, because increasingly email alone is not enough.

**What problems is Gaggle Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gaggle Mail provides a private, two-way communication channel, is simple and just works, has an easy-to-use administration interface, and is affordable for small non-profits. It does not require a tech genius, making it accessible for any group.

 ### 4. Effortless Group Communication, Cost-Effective and User-Friendly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joakim S. | Ass. forhandlingssjef, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Gaggle Mail?**

I like that Gaggle Mail makes communication easy between medium to large groups who don't have email accounts through our organization - they can use their private or business email, as they like. It's very easy to use, cost-efficient, and supports cross-organization and employer communication, which is crucial for us. Compared to other means like Teams, email with Gaggle Mail feels old but gold because it's hassle-free for everyone to access. I appreciate that it makes group emailing effortless and secure, unlike our previous lists in Outlook, where issues with recipients sometimes disrupted communication. Additionally, the initial setup was quite easy, which I appreciated.

**What do you dislike about Gaggle Mail?**

I really don't have any dislikes about Gaggle.

**What problems is Gaggle Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gaggle Mail enables easy communication among large groups without organizational email accounts, making group emailing effortless and secure. It's cost-efficient and cross-organizational, providing an easy and cheaper alternative to maintaining a mail server.

 ### 5. Beats Everything We’ve Tried—Packed with Advanced Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Timothy T. | Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Gaggle Mail?**

It beats everything we’ve tried so far and includes many features that are far beyond what we used in the past.

**What do you dislike about Gaggle Mail?**

I have no complaints about the software, but I do have a couple of feature requests.

**What problems is Gaggle Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We probably use the product a bit differently than others. We use it to send emailed inspection reports to a variety of customers, and those customer email addresses are constantly changing as people are added and removed. On top of that, the tracking feature has gotten us out of hot water several times. Overall, it simply does exactly what we need.

 ### 6. Effortless Email Coordination, Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Gaggle Mail?**

I like Gaggle Mail because it works well for delivering emails. I can integrate it with our hosted project domain infrastructure, and the user interface is easy to use. It offers powerful controls for important features, and I find it easy to manage team members dynamically and via a shared admin. I also appreciate that the integration with my domain hosting worked flawlessly and the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Gaggle Mail?**

No complaints!

**What problems is Gaggle Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gaggle Mail coordinates team email across international projects with different entities and email providers. I like that it reliably delivers emails, integrates with our domain infrastructure, has an easy-to-use interface, powerful controls, and dynamic team management.

 ### 7. Great for Group Communication—Easy Admin Setup and a Helpful Nonprofit Rate

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Gaggle Mail?**

It’s a great platform for group communication. As the administrator, I find it very easy to set up groups and add members. They also offer a nonprofit rate, which is a really nice bonus.

**What do you dislike about Gaggle Mail?**

So far, I haven’t run into any downsides with using Gaggle Mail.

**What problems is Gaggle Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have three different groups set up on Gaggle Mail. It lets each group communicate with one another by emailing a single address, rather than having to message the entire group individually. Members can also pose questions to the group and receive solutions in return, which makes collaboration much easier.

 ### 8. Easy Communication, But Clunky Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stewart H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Gaggle Mail?**

I like that Gaggle Mail makes it easy to communicate with other committee members in our organization, the Strath Creek Progress Association. It allows us to write one email and send it to everyone else, which is really convenient.

**What do you dislike about Gaggle Mail?**

It's hard to take someone off the Gaggle Mail list and put another person on. The initial setup was slightly difficult, and we had trouble putting people on the list.

**What problems is Gaggle Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Gaggle Mail to easily communicate with committee members by sending one email to everyone. However, updating members on the list can be cumbersome, as it requires removing and re-adding them.

 ### 9. Effortless Email Lists with Stellar Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hannah G. | Strategic & Community Development , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Gaggle Mail?**

I like that Gaggle Mail is easy to use and offers useful tools, making it a reliable service. Their customer service is excellent, which adds to its value. The initial setup was very easy, saving me a lot of time, which is crucial.

**What do you dislike about Gaggle Mail?**

It's a bit expensive. Minor thing - I wish we could change the color of the member profiles, because the pink color isn't very nice, but it is quite expensive to upgrade.

**What problems is Gaggle Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Gaggle Mail to keep people connected, share resources, and discuss topics. It's easy to use, offers useful tools, saves time, and is reliable with great customer service.

 ### 10. Simple and Effective for Community Communication

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** George S. | Consultant in ICT and Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Gaggle Mail?**

I like Gaggle Mail because it's simple and effective. It has a good user interface, which makes things easier. The initial setup was quite easy, which saves time and hassle.

**What do you dislike about Gaggle Mail?**

Only one thing. That is the response to the sender, if it's just to one person, doesn't give you the option of including the mail that was sent. It's always a blank window. And, that's the only thing I can think of that would make Gaggle Mail more effective.

**What problems is Gaggle Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Gaggle Mail to keep people in our condominium building in touch and able to post items of interest.

**What do you like best about Gaggle Mail?**

Easy to use, does what I want, reasonable pricing

**What do you dislike about Gaggle Mail?**

One time I was charged more than I expected because my list got too big, so I pruned it. It would be nice to see the pricing on the member page

**What problems is Gaggle Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manage a club and provide information to the club

 ### 12. Effortlessly Connects Our Choir with Ease
