Great to have a centralised platform to manage our emails and members. Gaggle Mail has been a really effective tool for managing group communication. The ability for members to simply reply to an email and have it shared with the whole group keeps things straightforward and avoids messy email chains. Moderation features are also a big plus, being able to approve or edit messages helps maintain clear, professional communication. It’s saved time by removing the need to forward emails or manage multiple threads. An unexpected benefit has been stronger engagement, as people are more likely to participate via familiar email.
