G2 AI Custom Research Reviews & Product Details

Surveys are scalable but often fail to deliver real depth. On the other hand, human-led interviews provide a lot of depth, but scalable at all. unSurvey combines the best of both worlds. It is an infinitely scalable AI-moderated research platform. unSurvey lets you design, conduct and analyze thousands of human-like dynamic conversations in over 50 languages. unSurvey lets you design a conversation in minutes using simple prompts or by importing existing interviews. It lets you customize the conversation using different personas, conversation styles, languages, voices and more. A highly intuitive visual flow builder lets users easily iterate on these conversational graphs, including using natural language to add branching logic. unSurvey also simulates conversations in over 50 languages to let you identify key gaps in conversation design before launching. Customers can simply share a personalized participation link with their users, or embed it on your product or website. unSurvey's AI then moderates the conversation completely autonomously using chat, voice, video and stimuli such as pdf documents, images, or even design prototypes. unSurvey immediately summarizes every conversation, extracts structured data from conversations, builds visualizations for you and generates insights. Insights can then be consumed using a downloadable report or an engaging podcast. unSurvey allows customers to get insights at 50x the speed and 1/10th of the cost of traditional methods, while delivering much more in-depth and actionable insights.
