It uses AI in a way where i can maintain my compliance and review of the information and communication. **What do you dislike about Fyxer?** It did have a learning curve for me and using it as a habit took some re-learning. Since most of my emails are simple responses to let people know I've received their messages, Fyxer has been incredibly helpful. Most of the time, the draft is already perfectly written, and all I need to do is read through it, agree with it, and send it off. I also found the initial setup of Fyxer very easy, especially when transitioning from Microsoft to Google. It managed everything on its own and transferred over seamlessly from one platform to another. **What do you dislike about Fyxer?** I'm still getting used to how Fyxer files things. Sometimes, it's not filed where I intuitively think it should be. There are instances where emails that are automatically filed in the 'respond to' category haven't had a draft created. The difference between FYI and notification is still something I'm learning, and having to remember to check different inboxes feels a bit cumbersome, though it's not the end of the world. Additionally, the price break for Fyxer feels a bit steep, especially for a small nonprofit with a limited budget. **What problems is Fyxer solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Fyxer to automatically file my emails accurately, about 97-98% of the time. It drafts emails for me accurately, so I rarely have to edit them. ### 4. The folder catrgorzation also works like magic **What do you dislike about Fyxer?** The fact that sometimes even after i Log of and login I am not able to get rid of the schedules which i one Synced with the calendar, it's an intermittent bug that keeps coming in and out. I also use the Fyzer desktop app, so I get summaries of calls twice, one from the desktop recording and one from the note taker **What problems is Fyxer solving and how is that benefiting you?** Its saving suh a huge amount of time with default responses, meeting time zones conversion + Meeting schedule suggestions + Summaries and transcripts ### 5. It also does exactly what it says it’s going to do: it keeps my inbox clean. On top of that, it helps me pre-draft messages when I need to reply, and it allows me to record my meetings and use its AI tool to gain insights from them. **What do you dislike about Fyxer?** The categories aren’t as flexible as I’d like. They’re fine and they do their job, but I wish I had more control over them and could adjust them more to fit my needs. **What problems is Fyxer solving and how is that benefiting you?** Primarily, it keeps my inbox clean and organized. But it has been impossible to get support for this very buggy app. They have not been able to solve any of my issues. The dashboard does not update. I have not been able to find my recordings. They claim to be able to manage multiple email accounts in the Pro plan. But they cannot. Their email bots have rearranged my email. I worry that when I cancel, because I am canceling, that my email will be corrupted and unfixable. I get multiple Fyxer AI spam in my email every day. Their software added people to my subscription without permission. This unauthorized action raised my subscription fee 4x. I have been evaluating this app for 2 weeks and am now in my 1st week of paid time. They are still unable to fix the reported issues. This company appears immature and unorganized. They sell, sell, sell and spam, spam, spam! But they have VERY POOR customer service and follow-through on support. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. Set up is a mess. So sometimes I'm looking for which folder something may have went into. But that's about it. I am writing this because what happened is not a minor inconvenience. It is a data privacy failure. Three separate incidents: A customer booked through my Fyxer link and it routed to a personal calendar that was never connected to the platform. That calendar should never have been accessible. A meeting displayed Central Time but was sent in a completely different timezone, creating confusion and a poor experience for my customer. When I contacted customer support I received only automated responses. No human ever replied. For a product that sits between you and your customers, that level of support is unacceptable. I trusted this platform with customer relationships. It failed on privacy, accuracy, and support. It joins meetings by itself, takes solid notes, and sends out a clear, organized transcript right after. No more rushing to write things down or worrying about forgetting something important. What really makes it great is how well it fits into our Microsoft 365 setup. The notes show up in our Outlook inboxes and also save to OneDrive automatically. Everything’s easy to find and share with the rest of the team, without any extra effort. It is used almost every day. Using and implementing it is a no brainer task. **What do you dislike about Fyxer?** There is not that much to complain about. If I had to pick something, I’d say it would be nice if customizing the transcript format or action items was a little easier.
