But it has been impossible to get support for this very buggy app. They have not been able to solve any of my issues. The dashboard does not update. I have not been able to find my recordings. They claim to be able to manage multiple email accounts in the Pro plan. But they cannot. Their email bots have rearranged my email. I worry that when I cancel, because I am canceling, that my email will be corrupted and unfixable. I get multiple Fyxer AI spam in my email every day. Their software added people to my subscription without permission. This unauthorized action raised my subscription fee 4x. I have been evaluating this app for 2 weeks and am now in my 1st week of paid time. They are still unable to fix the reported issues. This company appears immature and unorganized. They sell, sell, sell and spam, spam, spam! But they have VERY POOR customer service and follow-through on support. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. Set up is a mess. I followed exactly but the system screwed up and I get ZERO support. **What problems is Fyxer solving and how is that benefiting you?** To date there have been ZERO benefits ### 2. 0 stars. I am writing this because what happened is not a minor inconvenience. It is a data privacy failure. Three separate incidents: A customer booked through my Fyxer link and it routed to a personal calendar that was never connected to the platform. That calendar should never have been accessible. A meeting displayed Central Time but was sent in a completely different timezone, creating confusion and a poor experience for my customer. When I contacted customer support I received only automated responses. No human ever replied. For a product that sits between you and your customers, that level of support is unacceptable. I trusted this platform with customer relationships. It failed on privacy, accuracy, and support. I would not recommend this to any founder or professional who cannot afford to have their customer data mishandled. **What problems is Fyxer solving and how is that benefiting you?** None. ### 3. It joins meetings by itself, takes solid notes, and sends out a clear, organized transcript right after. No more rushing to write things down or worrying about forgetting something important. What really makes it great is how well it fits into our Microsoft 365 setup. The notes show up in our Outlook inboxes and also save to OneDrive automatically. Everything’s easy to find and share with the rest of the team, without any extra effort. It is used almost every day. Using and implementing it is a no brainer task. **What do you dislike about Fyxer?** There is not that much to complain about. If I had to pick something, I’d say it would be nice if customizing the transcript format or action items was a little easier. Overall, it covers what we need really well. **What problems is Fyxer solving and how is that benefiting you?** It takes away the stress of writing notes during meetings and makes sure we don’t miss anything important. Because it works so well with Microsoft 365, the notes are instantly available to everyone through Outlook and OneDrive. It keeps the team in sync and makes it super easy to follow up after calls. That means we can focus on the conversation instead of worrying about what we might forget. ### 4. There are so many features for webinars/zoom calls, but even more when it comes to prepping my inbox with drafts for response emails. Its very easy to use and customize to yourself, including your email signature, how emails should or should not hit your inbox, etc. **What do you dislike about Fyxer?** If anything, labeling the messages in the inbox based on priority for response to manage the responding to emails. **What problems is Fyxer solving and how is that benefiting you?** drafting initial reply emails to customers and others in my business that allows me to review the draft, make appropriate edits and send. It also does a great job of digesting each conference call and providing an overview of what was discussed and what actions need to be taken afterwards. ### 5. OMG!
