Fyxer is an AI email and meeting assistant for busy professionals and teams. It plugs straight into Gmail and Outlook and starts helping on day one, with almost no setup. What Fyxer does Organises your inbox. Fyxer sorts incoming email into clear labels so you can see what needs a reply, what's waiting on someone else, and what can wait. You can tailor the labels to how you work. Drafts replies in your voice. Fyxer learns how you write and prepares draft replies for you to review, edit and send. Takes meeting notes. Fyxer joins your Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams calls, writes the notes, and drafts the follow-up email. Tracks your commitments. Fyxer spots the things you've promised to do across email and meetings and brings them together in one place. Answers questions about your work. With Fyxer Chat, you can search your inbox, meeting notes and files in plain language. Who it's for Fyxer was built by the team behind an executive assistant agency, and it's used by people who spend a lot of their day in email: founders, salespeople, recruiters, estate agents, consultants and anyone else who's buried in admin. Teams can roll it out across the company with central billing and support. Why people choose Fyxer It works in the tools you already use, it needs little to no training, and most users save more than an hour a day.
