We are located in several locations and we needed a system that were use friendly local and also possible to use central for local updates. The implementation has been very easu, the customer support is excellent with very fast feedback. We use the SocialScreen app directly in our tv-screens from samsung, and the implementation is a simple plug & play. The platform is simple, drag and drop features, great integrations. We are using Power BI, Sharepoint, Slack. I like that the content is displayed without us needing designers, as the content is automatically adjusted to the correct format. Also have to give them credit for really great customer service and responstime. **What do you dislike about Fyresign AS?** I would love some improvements in the layout, in terms of font and colors. But the menu and operations are easy and intuitiv to use. **What problems is Fyresign AS solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use the platform for both internal and external communications. Internally it helps us get the correct information to the right people internally, and our staff are more aware of internal messages being sent, as the tv-screens are more visible, and we also mix in rss feeds to capture people attention so that the messages are recieved. We use slack, power BI reports and sharepoint documents such as ppt, word, excelsheets. Externally we use tv-screens in our reception, and customer areas, displaying productvideos, sellingpoints and customer success content. ### 4. We operate Norway's largest e-sports center and need software that can be customized to our branding. Our screens display menus, e-sports content from around the world, opening hours, and advertising for events. We can divide the screen to show different content. This is perfect with Socialscreen's software. We can use it for the simplest things to the more complex tasks like streaming content. **What do you dislike about Fyresign AS?** We have nothing to complain about with SocialScreen. **What problems is Fyresign AS solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a lot of content for our screens and need to adjust this to our digital profile. Before we had big issues with internal communication, but now it's easy for us to update all departments . It also helps reduce HMS situation, when the system reminds us to example "be carful it's snowing and the Rigg is slippery " this reminder pops automatically when the weather change to snow **What do you dislike about Fyresign AS?** Missing integration with bamboo HR. We do really appreciate how easy the system is to use and all the different options that SocialScreen provide.
