The mapping tool is easy to use and looks great. They just released a forecasting tool as well, which takes mapping to the next level. Now, I can map the customer's journey and apply forecasting numbers based on my data to show what ROI might be with a certain strategy. The analytics tool makes it easy to prioritize optimization across your marketing campaign / customer journey. You can see at a glance where customers are dropping off, or slowing down. You can also map all the various journeys prospects take on your site. Easier to use than GA. **What do you dislike about Funnelytics?** I can't say for myself, but I've heard others say they find implementing tracking hard... I think they've fixed this with a universal tracking code deployed by Google Tag Manager now... **What problems is Funnelytics solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's solving the problem that sometimes a client doesn't easily grasp all the steps in a customer journey or campaign we're recommending. I teached others to use this tool, my marketing team create very quickly their own funnels for different campaigns **What do you dislike about Funnelytics?** I don´t like the onboarding process, i think that is invasive and i don't like that you have to put your card befor prove the tool. I think they only want my money and not to help me. **Recommendations to others considering Funnelytics:** Do your campaigns there and you don't need to have something preview, you can use the tool to do everything directly there. **What problems is Funnelytics solving and how is that benefiting you?** the organizations of my campaigns, the way i planned marketing and the conversion rate on my landing pages and campaigns. ### 30. There are several mindmap tools, but funnel mapping tools are not so many, still, Funnelytics make it crystal clear for any user to have a birds eye view of their entire funnel campaign. This allows a broader thinking and planning of every step in the process of creating a funnel. By having this approach, we skip having mediocre mindmaps, which we customize, it already looks like it is made for it, which it is. Made for displaying your funnels with a smart overlook. **What do you dislike about Funnelytics?** They have no downside. From the period I have used it, like almost from their first months of service I have been involved with them as I got a beta access and LOVED what they did. They are a stand up company with equally leaders at the helm. No negative comment what so ever from me. **What problems is Funnelytics solving and how is that benefiting you?** No need for a mindmap software that you "customize" to look like your funnel on a whiteboard. Funnelytics is the only thing we need to see our entire campaign at ONE time, on ONE screen. And even further, with a pro account it allows us to add our numbers to the funnel so we can calculate what makes what, and also it let's us see where we can improve and it allows us to focus on that, by looking at it the way it is presented. ### 31. This is how you can understand IT-processes with a non-IT brain! Really, you must try this stuff. And it's still growing and getting better and better! The free plan is quite good, too, so never mind about the price! (The pro plan is a bit expensive.) I cannot say anymore, you must give it a try and see with your own eyes, how it works. Genius! **What do you dislike about Funnelytics?** The pro version is so expensive for small companies. And as usuall, you have to renew it every year. Maybe there could be a smaller plan as well. But the free plan is quite good, too, so never mind about the price. There was a big update now, it changed a few older versions, but can solve it. **Recommendations to others considering Funnelytics:** Try it, totally worth it!
