One area for improvement is the handling of encryption for mixed recipient groups. When an email is sent to both external and internal recipients, the message is encrypted for all recipients, including internal ones, which can occasionally slow down workflows.

In addition, there is no full protection against incorrect recipient addresses. If a wrong email address is entered and recipients manage their own passwords, access cannot always be prevented in such cases. An additional safeguard or warning mechanism here would be helpful.
