Fragments is a competitive intelligence platform that automates the collection, analysis, and distribution of competitor information for B2B organizations. The software continuously monitors competitor websites, pricing pages, product updates, and market positioning to deliver structured intelligence without manual research. Fragments belongs to the competitive intelligence and sales enablement software category. The platform serves sales teams, product marketing managers, product managers, customer success teams, and revenue operations professionals who need current competitor information to inform deal strategy, positioning, and product decisions. Organizations use Fragments to replace manual competitor research workflows that typically involve searching competitor websites, tracking pricing changes in spreadsheets, and compiling battlecards from scattered sources. The platform centralizes this intelligence into a single systém that updates automatically and remains accessible to entire teams. Core capabilities include: - Automated competitor monitoring — Continuous tracking of competitor websites, feature pages, pricing, and public announcements with change detection and alerts - Structured battlecards — Pre-formatted competitive analysis documents optimized for sales conversations, containing positioning, strengths, weaknesses, and talking points - Side-by-side comparisons — Feature and capability comparisons between tracked competitors with data pulled from monitored sources - Team collaboration — Shared workspace where sales, marketing, and product teams access the same competitive intelligence with real-time updates - Win-loss tracking — Analysis of deal outcomes against specific competitors to identify patterns and improve competitive positioning The platform addresses common competitive intelligence challenges in B2B environments. Sales representatives frequently enter prospect calls without current competitor context because research takes too long. Marketing teams create positioning without visibility into how competitors message similar capabilities. Product managers make roadmap decisions based on outdated competitive feature information. Fragments solves these problems by automating the data collection that typically consumes hours of manual effort. Rather than assigning team members to periodically research competitors, organizations configure which competitors to track and receive ongoing intelligence updates. The software integrates competitive intelligence into existing workflows through exportable battlecards and team notification features. Users can access intelligence directly in the platform or distribute it to team members who need specific competitive context for their work. Fragments is designed for B2B companies operating in competitive markets where sales cycles involve direct comparison against alternatives. The platform is particularly relevant for organizations with multiple competitors, frequent competitive encounters in deals, or teams distributed across roles that each need competitive context.
