RevX has been a wonderful partner for us, and we’re really grateful for their support. Aarika and Raunak have helped us in achieving a real improvement in the quality of leads coming in via our Google and LinkedIn Ads. Anoushka and the HubSpot team created helpful dashboards, reviewed our follow-ups, and even guided us in strengthening our workflows.
We sincerely appreciate their effort, responsiveness, and the clarity they bring to our marketing and HubSpot setup. It’s been a genuinely valuable partnership.

**What do you like best about RevX?**

A big challenge with most agencies is that they feel like external vendors, dropping in and out with little continuity or accountability. You often find yourself chasing them or struggling to keep projects aligned with internal priorities.

That’s not the case with RevX. They run a tight ship, bring a structured yet flexible approach, and are always willing to meet regularly—even daily if needed—to keep momentum high and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Their consistency and responsiveness make them feel like a true part of the team, not just a vendor.

**What do you dislike about RevX?**

Not much to dislike to be honest. But, I want to see more strategic guidance on best practices since they cover other companies as well.

**What problems is RevX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've been working with RevX as our RevOps agency, and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Some of the areas that I want to highlight: 

1.  Deep HubSpot Expertise: Their in-depth knowledge of HubSpot, especially around reporting and lead scoring, is making  a big difference. My board slides are always up-to-date. 
2. Fast & Embedded Execution: Execution speed is one of RevX’s superpowers. Tasks move quickly, and the cadence of regular syncs keeps everything aligned. It genuinely feels like they’re part of our internal team, not an external vendor.
3. Professional & Flexible: Working with them is refreshingly easy. They strike the right balance between structured planning and the ability to jump on ad-hoc tasks without friction.
4. Strategic Impact: Reporting is now in a great place. As a marketing leader, I always feel confident that I have the right story and data at my fingertips, something that wasn’t always the case before.

**What do you like best about RevX?**

RevX helps my team with two different areas that often overlap - web development and design. It's nice that both sides communicate with each other. It's a sort of "end-to-end" shop, which makes things easier on our end. They are also very responsive and organized.

**What do you dislike about RevX?**

The time difference can be tricky, since most of their team is based in India and I am in the U.S., from a communication and payment perspective, but these are minor.

**What problems is RevX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RevX helps my team both with web development and design needs. They have been helping with the website for 2 years, and we recently brought them on for design help. In my two months working with them, the communication has been very sharp, despite time differences of up to 10 hours and different countries. They are very good at answering questions, hitting deadlines, and communicating in a timely manner. I have trust that they will get the job done, and well.

The team is so easy to work with: professional, friendly, and responsive. They feel like part of our in-house team with the level of detail and care that they put towards our digital presence.

I wish we would've found them sooner! They could've saved us some headaches/poor execution from a previous DEV partner.

From someone with 15+ years of experience on both the agency and client side in digital marketing/eCom (and high standards) - I recommend giving them a try! With flexibility in partnership models, you don't have anything to lose.

Rev-x demonstrated an exceptional combination of deep technical expertise and excellent communication skills. RevX was a remarkable partner in assisting us in creating a solid integration between JotForm and HubSpot, particularly with HubDB. They executed the technical implementation without any flaws and offered strategic insights that made the overall process seamless and efficient.

They designed a custom landing page and email templates that automatically populated data from HubDB, which saved us a significant amount of time and ensured uniformity across our campaigns.

The team was professional, attentive, and truly enjoyable to collaborate with. Communication was consistently clear, deadlines were reliably met, and they exceeded expectations to guarantee everything was functioning flawlessly.

Their GA4 team is completely hands-on and they know what is best for your business and how it can be delivered It’s not only the experts they have who are wonderful, but also the project team that communicates with the clients in a very crisp and clear manner regarding milestones and delivery. 

The team is present across the USA and India region so the communication becomes easy in different timezones as well.

We didn't have any issues with our GA4 implementation. So, I can't add much here yet.

They are good in Marketing + Technology which is a rare combination for a Marketing agency. It helps clients like us immensely. We will also be going to engage more on the revenue operations side with them soon.

**What problems is RevX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By the time we got in touch with FractionalCMO, we were already running late on the migration from UA to GA4. The team demonstrated the benefits of GA4 over UA with a lot of patience and completed a smooth setup of GA4, including all our existing conversion tracking elements, in a very short window.

Because of their high domain expertise, sometimes one could get a lot more suggestions and that might take some time to process. That's positive about them though.

**Recommendations to others considering RevX:**

We have been working with FractionalCMO for over 1.5 years now. Our CRM and its workflow/automation can be easily classified into two eras - before FractionalCMO and after FractionalCMO. Their marketing efforts have helped us get the most qualified leads and I have never seen this kind of a good-lead-flow ever.  Definitely recommend them to anybody out there for CRM automation and Paid-marketing.

I loved how quickly Fractional CMO worked. We had a big migration project that required attention to detail, communications, and complicated tasks. They nailed it.

**What do you dislike about RevX?**

The ops team is based in India so the time zones were a bit off. But because the team worked largely PST hours this wasn't really an issue.

**What problems is RevX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fractional CMO helped us with a few projects - increasing user engagement within our emails, and also helping us migrate to a new email marketing platform. The migration in particular was a HUGE project and they made it a lot smoother than if I had tried to navigate it by myself.
