My only bit of feedback is that it does take a very technical user to know how to implement. Fortunately, we had an amazing support team on our side to handle that. Perhaps some more knowledge base articles could help bridge the gap? If you are not technologically advanced, you will need to rely on the world-class customer success team. What do you like best about Foxy.io?

I like that Foxy.io lets me sell products directly from my website without rebuilding the whole store, which saves me a lot of money and time and helps me start my business faster. I appreciate the flexible checkout and easy integration, which allows me to integrate seamlessly with my website hassle-free. It works with any website, so I don't need to migrate my site or rebuild my store. Integration can be as simple as adding data attributes to buttons or links. What do you dislike about Foxy.io?

What do you dislike about Foxy.io?

Foxy.io could improve the GUI on the cart to be more modern. However, they do allow customization to suit brand colours. A bit more customization and more modern look would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Foxy.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

Foxy.io allowed us to use its shopping cart function to send funds to separate gateway accounts, dependent on the donor's IP location. It also allowed us to implement a static price based on a set value instead of showing the cost with a currency conversion. This was very helpful in the implementation of our annual gift catalog. What do you like best about Foxy.io?

I like the amazing customer service of Foxy.io, which makes an incredibly complicated process more accessible. There's a lot to navigate and understand, but their customer service allowed us to solve our problem quickly and effectively without feeling super stressed or frustrated. "Amazing Customer Support"

What do you like best about Foxy.io?

I have 2 clients using foxy io, and it was super easy to implement it to their store (webflow). Everything is detailed in the documentation, and for very specific needs, Josh has been very fast and helped me setup everything. Would 100% recommand Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Foxy.io?

While we can still customize it, the design (cart/checkout) feels kind of old, I would love to have it like the foxy admin panel by default, or use lumo like they did for the account page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Foxy.io?

The ease of implementation, their support and their detailed documentation. Josh and the team were extremly helpful to help get our new E-Commerce site up and running asap. What problems is Foxy.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has allowed us to be flexible with how we implemented their E-Commerce solution to feel like it was embedded within the site, and not a thrid party solution. The ability to customize pretty much anything was amazing as a lot of other tools we explored were very limited. This contributed significantly to the overall user experience we wanted to provide. What do you like best about Foxy.io?

In South Africa, it's really tough to link Webflow to Stripe to accept payments. Foxy helped us get around this and stopped at nothing to get our custom integration working. Their communication, customer care and end product is top-tier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
