Foxomy is an LGBTQ+ and furry friendly hosting company. They’ve provided hosting to queer content creators and furries for the past few years. I have multiple active services from them including a root access server and complimentary web hosting as a perk. Every customer gets complimentary web hosting. This is commercial web hosting with cPanel and a bunch of important features like Jetbackup and Python apps similar to other big fishes out there. Foxomy’s support is excellent and fast. On weekdays, they respond to my tickets quickly. I once got a record response with detailed solutions in less than 2 minutes to why my server wasn’t starting up. I’m always satisfied with their response times and help. In January, I’ve even gotten the chance to meet Bun (or the owner of Foxomy) in real life at furry convention in San Jose. We ended up geeking out about server stack and infrastructure. We went deep into homelab setups and they were showing me photos of their rack mounts. I can tell that they’re extremely knowledgeable and passionate about their occupation as well as the politics affecting us. **What do you dislike about Foxomy?** None. If there’s any server downtime, I heard there’s compensation as covered by their generous SLA. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Their panel development has slowed down. But hey, if it isn’t broke, don’t fix it. **What problems is Foxomy solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have a tight budget. However, the owner Bun offered and insisted on hosting my stuff for free, which I denied because it feels wrong. Their servers are more affordable yet more powerful than anyone else’s. I also feel better supporting a local business whose owner I known and met in real life. ### 2. It has a wide variety of plans starting at $1 according to your needs. You can also always ask for a customized plan especially curated for you. **What do you dislike about Foxomy?** There is nothing to dislike about them. They are the best in the industry. You can not ask for more. They are always the best. **What problems is Foxomy solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are solving the problem of our servers with Foxomy. They provide services at one-third of the cost which other operators charge. Their support and uptime are always the best. You can save a lot of money and time by switching to them. ### 5. I initially thought it was a pricing error when I quoted them for a dedicated server because it was ridiculously low. They were not kidding when the cost was lower than the amount of memory in their dedicated server. I had to ask three times to make sure this wasn't an error. I was also concerned that they were using an Intel Core i9 consumer CPUs instead of Intel Xeons server grade CPUs, but I soon learned that an i9 was faster for my needs. Their team is extremely nice and knowledgeable. They went even as far as helping me install and setting up SolarWinds and many other applications for my server for free. They were always respectful and kind to me even in times when I may have annoyed them with basic questions. It was extremely enjoyable working with this company. I have so much to love and say about them. Words can not fully express my feelings for them. I was treated like family, not a customer. **What do you dislike about Foxomy?** If anything, they've spoiled me. I have never experienced anything better than Foxomy. **Recommendations to others considering Foxomy:** They also have special promotional emails, which I've opted into and never regretted it. **What problems is Foxomy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before Foxomy, I was paying hundreds of dollars on our old provider, which did not have the best hardware or network. Now with Foxomy, I'm paying one third of the price for a better server and service. Thanks to their premium network and latest hardware, load times have significantly decreased. Everyone in our company was happy with the decision to switch over to Foxomy.
