To be clear, I was not editing photos. I was using the AI image generator to create my own images, based on my specifications. Many of the images were very nicely done. I am testing several different AI image generators and comparing the results. Using the same criteria, with another AI image generator, I got exactly what I wanted. In addition, I did not have to pay for images I didn't want. Once the image was what I wanted, then I downloaded and was charged. I wish Fotor did that as well. Better value for the money. I cancelled the subscription but the anual renewal was charged to my credit card. I have been trying for four months to get my refund. When you send a request you get an automated response that they are not in the office. I have sent refund requests every week with the documentation and they have yet to refund me. Do NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. There are a dozen other companies that you can choose from. I should have read all the reviews on this company before purchasing.
