The thing that annoys me the most is that it is not as easy as I would prefer to change the deadlines or reassign tasks. In case of the rapid change of the project, I need to go over the assignments at least twice so that everything would update accordingly. New coworkers may have difficulties with task lists, so I take time to help them.
