We are a small 14 person company who wanted to offer a 401K as a benefit for our employees. Forusall worked with us early in their history to help us make that happen easily with a LOT less administrative burden than many other solutions we explored. ForUsAll has been there for us, and in the two small missteps that have occurred over the years (small admin type things) they were there to provide a quick and helpful solution. There is just so much to like about ForUsAll! 1. Team - is highly responsive and helpful in providing resources and answers to any questions you have 2. Platform - is so intuitive and easy to navigate both on the employer and employee side that I don't find myself having to reach out to them to ask where things live as I have with vendors of my past. 3. Innovative, being one of the first to allow crypto into their suite of options 4. Integrations, this one is HUGE for me. Knowing that information is flowing back and forth from our payroll system to ForUsAll and vice versa gives me peace of mind that employees are supported (automated welcome emails based on eligibility dates) and data (contributions, personal information, etc.) is accurate. 5. Customer support - they are an extension of our team and support our employees exceptionally well 6. Compliance and year-end testing - its a breeze and so easy with them. They take care of it all. Honestly, there isn't much to dislike, but if there was a thing, adding 529 plans would be nice and has been asked by our employees in the past Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. The 3 things I find most beneficial are 1) the responsiveness of our assigned client advisor, 2) their management of the annual audit, and 3) the processing of ongoing participant activity (rollovers, distributions, contribution changes, etc.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about ForUsAll? There are not any significant downsides. What do you dislike about ForUsAll? I wish it was a little easier to navigate the more in-depth options. This might sound a little backwards. I know that the more involved options will be a little more confusing, but it took me a minute to find them and it was a little harder to customize my contributions outside of the simplified risk-tolerance-retirement-date setup provided. I need to lower my contributions around the holidays to cover the added costs of gifts, etc, and then raise them when the market is lower and my dollars go farther.
