Integration with other services (via Webhooks, emails, plugins, etc) is really great! It's also easy for non-devs to use, and easy to integrate into existing web-applications (such as our SPA app using Angular). The approval workflows also let us allow non-devs to approve or reject requests for common actions requested by customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The end-user experience isn't so great (for users submitting the forms). Mobile support could be better, and the reporting system is quite lacking. Solutions such as TypeForm are far superior experience for the end users.

Pricing is also a little high for the features it offers (which is essentially the same as just HTML forms support).
