We switched to Formsort because they had many features that no other tools we were using provided (Typeform wasn't HIPAA-compliant, Typeform and Jotform don't provide staging and production environments, ability to customize data structures, easily set up A/B testing, etc.). We ended up running several A/B tests that we hadn't been able to do in any other tool that so far have led to a 40% increase in conversions after just three weeks! Formsort is an early tool and small team. They are still iterating on the product and releasing lots of new features, but not all of the features are as polished as you might expect with another tool that's been around for a while. That being said, the team is super responsive and have quickly fixed any issues that have come up. We're in a high trust business and need our forms to look and feel like they're part of our product.
