I love how intuitive the studio interface is. The form themes and templates have great default fonts and animation so I can add questions and have a test form up and running in minutes. The customization options are incredibly robust, though, so I can tailor the flow and design of my forms. I've built a few forms that had branches using conditional logic. Just set the first question of the branch to display conditionally based on answer values from previous questions. Used the recently added custom CSS feature to add some specific styling elements. It was quick and painless. One of the standout features for me is Formsort's ability to handle large datasets efficiently and accurately. I use the native analytics tools to get invaluable insights, so I can quickly make data-driven decisions. Overall, excellent efficiency and quick turnaround times. **What do you dislike about Formsort?** A few design limitations can be improved--like making the location of the drop down menu adjustable so that we can place it under the question (so the question isn't covered). Looking forward to Formsort enhancing its mobile compatibility. They are a really, really smart team that's highly conscientious. The product solves an important pain point for us -- making a branded flow is a larger dev lift than it sounds. **What do you dislike about Formsort?** It's still a fairly large lift to get Formsort to work but it's far better than the alternatives. Generally, though there aren't that many things to dislike. I would say it's expensive, but if you really want the end result of a branded flow it's hard to do for THAT much cheaper. **Recommendations to others considering Formsort:** I would budget 1 month for implementation. **What problems is Formsort solving and how is that benefiting you?** Intake flows are a lot harder than they sound to make in raw React. You might think "what could be hard about making a form? I mean it's ... just a form." But the reality is making something that looks nice and is branded, works well with marketing tech tools and has nice animations etc is just really hard. They are still iterating on the product and releasing lots of new features, but not all of the features are as polished as you might expect with another tool that's been around for a while. Specifically, we’re able to: 1) Introduce new clients to products that are right for them 2) Launch new products with our existing clients 3) Collect data on our consumer preferences 4) Easily iterate on what's working, not working so we can improve and better serve our clients 5) Easily test out new ideas We have received positive reviews from our clients, who have shared that the forms were enjoyable, intuitive, and helpful to use.
