Formester has such a easy to operate and easy to use interface for the users, no complications and has no requirement of coding skills a lot. The most time saving feature is its drag and drop feature, that make the customization work so easy. **What do you dislike about Formester?** The onboarding and setup process for new users at starting is quite complex and time consuming for sometimes. It allowed me remove branding unlike Typeform that has branding even in paid plans. Their support is top notch. They reply quickly for any query and also help in technical queries and troubleshooting. They only provide 100 submissions and 10 forms on the free plan, which is a small number. Though the paid plan is not very expensive, still would have loved if they could offer more. The ease of creating PDF's and spreadsheets helps us get the data into really useful and usable prices.
