Form Watchdog Reviews & Product Details

Form Watchdog is a **Google Forms response tracking and workflow management tool** that helps teams make sure **every submission gets handled**. Google Forms™ makes collecting information easy. But once responses arrive, teams often rely on **overflowing email inboxes, spreadsheets, and manual follow-ups** to decide who is responsible, what needs attention, and what has already been completed. Form Watchdog adds the **missing follow-up layer** to your existing Google Forms™. Keep the forms you already use and turn incoming submissions into organized, trackable team workflows. ### Key features - **Shared Team Inbox:** Centralize responses from multiple Google Forms™ in one workspace. - **Response Assignments:** Assign responsibility to team members and track who handles each submission. - **Status Tracking:** Monitor pending, in-progress, and handled responses. - **Deadlines and Reminders:** Set follow-up deadlines and identify overdue responses. - **Email Notifications:** Notify relevant people when new submissions arrive. - **Internal Notes:** Keep important context and team communication attached to each response. - **Activity History:** Maintain a record of actions and updates for better accountability. - **Advanced Filtering:** Find responses by form, status, or assigned team member. - **Outcome Tracking:** Close responses while documenting how they were resolved. ### Who is Form Watchdog for? Small businesses, nonprofits, operations teams, administrative departments, and organizations that use Google Forms™ for service requests, customer inquiries, applications, internal requests, and workflows requiring follow-up. ### Why choose Form Watchdog? Unlike traditional form builders, Form Watchdog focuses on what happens after a form is submitted. It helps teams assign ownership, manage deadlines, coordinate follow-ups, and prevent important submissions from being overlooked. No need to rebuild your forms or replace Google Forms™. https://formwatchdog.com
