Foreman App Reviews & Product Details

Foreman is site management software for small Australian builders, renovators and trade businesses. It runs in any phone browser, so your crew and subbies have nothing to install. Print one QR code for the gate. Subbies and visitors scan it and complete your site induction on their own phone: they read your SWMS and site documents, add their white card number and emergency contact, and sign on screen. Inductions are free and unlimited on every plan, and you get a searchable induction register for every site. Your crew use the same QR code to clock in and out. Each shift saves to the job's site diary with the hours and an on-site check, and the office sees who is on site right now. At the end of the week, export a CSV for payroll and invoicing. The site diary records the hours, notes and photos for every day on every job. Each entry shows when it was submitted and flags anything written off site, and every change is kept in its history, so your diary holds up when a client or head contractor asks. Export any job as a CSV or a PDF with photos. Foreman also covers tasks and defects, safety forms such as SWMS, toolbox talks and incident reports, and project documents such as plans, gate codes and SDS registers. Connect ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini to ask what happened on any job. Your first job is free with every feature and unlimited users. After that it's AUD $29 per user per month, or $23.20 billed yearly.
