fordera Reviews & Product Details

fordera automates collecting documents and data from clients, applicants, and business partners. Instead of email attachments and follow-up calls, you define once which documents and details you need — your client receives a personal, branded upload link and needs no account to use it. Automatic reminders chase only the items that are still missing, and a live dashboard shows at any time which requests are complete. You review incoming documents directly in fordera and re-request unusable files with one click. fordera is GDPR-first: hosted exclusively in Germany, encrypted in transit and at rest, with a data processing agreement (DPA) included, configurable retention and deletion periods, and a complete audit trail. Typical use cases include tax advisors, financial services, real estate, HR, and 15 more industries. Start for free; paid plans from €39/month (net), cancel monthly.
