What really sets Fonoa apart is their incredible global coverage and how fast they’re scaling their offering : from tax ID validation to tax determination, e-invoicing and e-reporting... For us, using their tax ID validation tool has brought peace of mind around VAT compliance in jurisdictions where rules are particularly strict for non-resident digital service providers.
Equally important, the experience with their technical team and account executive has been excellent , highly knowledgeable, responsive, and proactive. It's not so much a dislike, but a wish to see further expansion in the future. Specifically, it would be great to have tax ID validation for Canadian provinces and for Fonoa to implement Philippines tax ID validation as soon as possible to comply with the new non-resident VAT mandate there.
