It has changed how I keep track of the books in the library. Over the past four years, I have become more comfortable using Destiny. I love using Titlewave as well. Some of my favorite features of Titlewave are the tags given for books and when they note if the book is already in your library. I love this feature! I use Titlewave weekly whether I'm double-checking a genre or nonfiction placement. Also, Follett has wonderful customer support. Anytime I have emailed or called with a question they have been beneficial. Implementation was easy as it is a web-based platform. **What do you dislike about Follett Destiny Library Manager?** The one complaint I would have is Destiny takes time to learn. I am still learning new material offered, especially with Titlewave. Destiny Discover has improved over the years and the interface is much easier for students to use then the classic view; however, there's still bugs in the system that causes issues that is frustrating to users. We begin accessing the catalog in 2nd grade and students pick it up relatively easy. Visual search can be helpful for some and most students prefer the Discover interface when browsing. **What do you dislike about Follett Destiny Library Manager?** Running reports can be less than intuitive. I would like to see more guidance as I walk through the steps. Discover is great for keyword searching. However, the accuracy of the results can vary greatly. I've seen students log in simultaneously, when circulation is not happening and the in/on icon does not match. Everything from resource management to fee notification to library management is available within one system **What do you dislike about Follett Destiny Library Manager?** I wish that the process for bulk adding resources was more streamlined. The process for converting from CSV, to XML, then uploading is a bit more time consuming than i would like, though the number of data fields for the records is impressive. **What problems is Follett Destiny Library Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using the library manager to manage all the checkouts, fees, notices and other operations was something we have used for many years. We added resource manager when we began our 1:1 initiative and it was a game changer. We now use Destiny to manage many resources not just 1:1 devices. Over time, I have learned to work with Destiny, and I use it every single day. However, I would like future trainings and assistance to see if we can utilize things better. I think we could implement Destiny differently and more efficiently for our students. I also LOVE using TitleWave for assessing books' target audiences. **What do you dislike about Follett Destiny Library Manager?** I had a really challenging experience connecting an SFTP file from PowerSchool to Destiny. Customer service was not always helpful. It isn't always intuitive on running reports and looking up information. Some books do not populate when ISBN numbers are scanned, but they are available wiith the title and author is searched. When our new rep called, he seemed only interested in trying to sell us one service in particular and was insistent even after I repeatedly told him we were not interested. I also appreciate being able to order new books which are catalogued and processed for a nominal fee, and almost instant integration into our library upon arrival. The limited formating options on Destiny library notices is frustrating, and would be a very easy adjustment for Follet to make.
