It is convenient to register and to issue digital IDs via the web and a smart mobile application, thus enhancing the customer experience. **What do you dislike about Folio?** One of the drawbacks is there is no solution to authenticate or validate the users or process the issuances of credentials provided without any internet connection. This may be a problem in situations where there is stable Internet connection is not available or is a problem. **What problems is Folio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Folio helps to do away with papers and countersigniture practices that are incorporated in the customer acquisition and identity management.
