We used focus one to screen candidates used through temp agencies.

You can see candidates that have worked for you before and also their qualifications. 

**What do you dislike about FocusOne Solutions?**

It’s a pain to have to learn anything new but it will be nice if we need to use it again. 

**Recommendations to others considering FocusOne Solutions:**

It’s a great way to field those temps that may be needed either for a short time or few a few months.

**What problems is FocusOne Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to request shifts without calling someone and also being able to request multiple shifts or a longer duration of a temp being needed.
