Flunter is the Parallel Dialer with the best audio quality I've tested, after trying 3-4 others. In telemarketing, clear sound really makes a difference: conversations are more natural and prospects stay on the line more easily. I find Flunter very easy to use, well integrated, and very efficient. I can have five calls at a time and book two to three times more meetings. I like having everything centralized in one dashboard, where I can track metrics, statistics, and call transcripts, and make follow-ups easier. The setup was very easy and straightforward, and I had personalized onboarding from the team. It’s really a game changer for me, and I recommend it at least once a week. A small downside on the task addition part. A task consists of a mandatory title, an optional description, and a mandatory date. In the Tasks tab, only the date and description are displayed.
