Doing this online in the tool means that we do not have to set up the meeting space every time we need to check if a particular set up would actually be possible in our spaces and also customers can get a pretty good idea of how the room would look with that particular set up. Great support allowing many updates including for our new Covid setups. We use the 3D diagrams for our sales sheets and marketing brochures. The Visrez team was able to map the entire event space floor; it is now hosted on our hotel’s website. Our Event Sales team uses the builder to quickly create colorful floor plans for their client’s proposals. **What do you dislike about Floor Plan Builder?** Wish we could save our diagrams automatically in Word, Powerpoint or Publisher. Right now we can save our 3D floor plans in a pdf document or as images that we need to manually import in a Word document for our proposals. It takes a few tries to get used to the controls in the builder application. In pre-opening phase, I find this an added value since I don't yet have photography and, in my case, don't have renderings to showcase the hotel to clients. It's also a tool I used to work on my capacity chart and build my collateral. Plus, the price value works great for our pre-opening budget! The team is quick to reply to questions and edits, and they offer a personalized level of service which is rare and incredibly helpful! **What do you dislike about Floor Plan Builder?** It is challenging and takes a little longer in pre-opening phase since I only have 2D CAD PDF and design examples, but the team was still great to help make it work with what we had. **What problems is Floor Plan Builder solving and how is that benefiting you?** Creating a capacity chart for our spaces in pre-opening phase was a challenge due to the pillars and size/scope of some of my event rooms. When saving diagrams, should have the ability to group diagrams into one folder with dropdowns as you have in the Vizrez library. ie. Tables/Round Sets. When printing diagrams with table numbers, either the table numbers should appear at the outside edge of the table so the client can enter the amount of guests inside the table OR have the ability to reduce the size of the number so client of the builder can enter amounts of guests or certain notes ie. 2 Vegan.
