I think it's just the extra add-ons that I'm a little turned off with. It's the use of AI and how it's growing, however, it's just more subscriptions, more expenses, and I'm looking to consolidate everything in one instead of having so many different apps doing similar things. I love the creativity that it allows me and that I can send emails which are customised to my brand, my identity and my business - they standout beyond the black text on white background. I like that I can upload my personal fonts in line with my brand (but would like to be able to use this font wherever text boxes are available), which is not currently the case. The templates are really helpful and building out the workflows, payment pages and automations are very intuitive and logical to build and edit from scratch. I would like to be able to customise the layout of templates a lot more - especially with images and their placement or resize - there is still quite a bit of rigidity in terms of what is available. Also I often find that the alignment shown on the phone view 'preview' is very different to what I can actually see on my mobile phone when I open the email on there. I wish that Flodesk had a one-click unsubscribe feature from the waitlist, similar to how they allow adding certain people to email lists. I love the way it looks! I’m a very visual person, and as a musician I like my emails to include lots of visuals. I can color-code each email exactly how I want, and I can also create an email template that I can use every time. I reached out to Flodesk support once after I made a big mistake in unsubscribing my contacts, and Flodesk (Nick specifically) was able to reassure me and revert my mistake completely. I like the selection of graphics that Flodesk offers, as it's user-friendly and works well for our small team. The graphics are valuable because we're not constantly having to purchase them from other sources; it's an all-inclusive feature. Our digital strategist can create complex graphics, while someone like me can send out great-looking emails without getting too technical. This broad selection meets our needs and is beneficial, especially when we can't afford to be nickel and dimed for specific graphics. The portion of Flodesk that we really struggle with is how it will bounce users out. We've had numerous challenges with people on our list receiving emails, and they say that they have not unsubscribed, but all of a sudden, one day they get it, the next day, they stop getting our emails. In addition, I have varying levels of trust in the analytics.
