I figured I'd be waiting a day or two, but they got back to me well within 24 hours. That alone put me at ease, but what really impressed me was the quality of their help. Every answer was clear, thorough, and actually solved my problems. I had a couple of tricky obstacles with the app flow, and they walked me through everything without making me feel lost or frustrated. What I loved most, though, was the tone. It never felt like I was talking to a robot rattling off a scripted reply. It felt personal - like I was chatting with someone who genuinely cared about getting things right for me. The team are really helpful and great at crowdsourcing ideas of how to better their platform. I have been using Flodesk since early 2021 and love seeing what new features we're getting. I use the platform almost every day for email marketing for my small business, and have sent over 1 million emails using the platform! Over those emails my deliverability has never fallen below 99.6%. I love that we can now integrate directly with more platforms as I use Thrivecart for a lot of my online checkouts. The ease of use, the layout, the back end workflows and functions… and now the checkout feature have made it to where I have all of my business running through this one platform!
