flo.space Reviews & Product Details

flo.space is an AI action control panel for B2B teams. Most business software either makes you do the work yourself or hands it to an autonomous agent and hopes for the best. flo.space sits in between. It connects to the tools a business already runs on, including Gmail, Outlook, QuickBooks, Shopify, Stripe, HubSpot, and Salesforce, and turns the scattered work across them into a single queue of prepared actions. A quote that needs following up. An invoice that should be drafted from an email thread. An overdue payment that needs chasing. Each one arrives written and ready, with its reasoning, source records, and risk level attached. The user approves, edits, or declines. Nothing sends until a person says yes, and every action is logged. Connections start read-only with least-privilege OAuth scopes. There is no fully autonomous mode. Built for wholesalers, brokers, manufacturers, and sales, operations, and finance teams who need the speed of automation without giving up the judgment.
