Being owner of several vehicles we understood that Vehicles being a huge profit center are not being managed to optimize their performance and profitability, so we decided to build a solution easy enough for any user to use it without any hassle. We found that some people were using spreadsheets to manage their vehicle with their custom made sheets, we realized that important data is not being taken care w.r.t to users any one has rights to modify crucial data and the processes are people dependent. Despite knowing that the approach towards managing their vehicles is not right, they couldn’t find anything affordable that suited their needs. They would rely on drivers to take care of their vehicles. It is simple to use and easy to start. I use it daily. We took only 3 days to implement this software. The Customer Support is very good and very gentle. The GPS integration and Parivahan integration is helping us. **What do you dislike about Fleetable?** I need to get some more customizations, which will take time **What problems is Fleetable solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easy Operations Management, multiple user, multiple branches management, I have my own dashboard. ### 2. Fleetable is integrated with Vahan, it keeps our vehicles updated in terms of compliance renewals. Fleetable is helping us manage Tyres with efficiency, we have seen substantial improvements in Tyre Cost. **What do you dislike about Fleetable?** Fleetable does not have an iOS App for Apple users, we have asked the team to provide one as I have an iPhone, so I am using their application from the mobile browser as of now, they already have an Android app. **What problems is Fleetable solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fleetable is allowing us to view all vehicle-related expenses at once, Fleetable is enabling our multiple workshops to integrate the data of spare parts seamlessly. This is reducing our cost of rework. ### 3.
