**What do you like best about First Plug?**

They manage all the operations when we hire someone, and when somebody leaves the company we don’t have to do anything. The equipment that was issued is retrieved and reassigned by their amazing team.

**What do you dislike about First Plug?**

Not much to add, honestly. They have a great customer experience team, and every time we ask for something, they respond and take care of us.

**What problems is First Plug solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We mainly use it for equipment logistics, which helps us avoid losing track of the computers we provide to our remote workers. In addition, the portal they created is great for understanding where each piece of equipment is and what its current status is.
They are integrated with Slack too, so that's something great for communication

What we value most about First Plug is their level of attention and availability during the process. They have demonstrated good response times, smooth communication, and a constant willingness to support our operational needs.

We also highlight that their prices are consistent and competitive within the industry, allowing for a balanced cost-service relationship. Finally, we especially value the honesty and transparency with which they address and resolve any issues, building trust in the working relationship.

**What do you dislike about First Plug?**

What we see as an opportunity for improvement in First Plug is the clarity regarding the operating systems on the equipment, as it is not always completely defined or standardized in all cases.

Additionally, in the case of Europe, we have identified that delivery times can be longer than expected, so it would be beneficial to review alternatives to optimize logistics in that region and improve the predictability of the service.

**What problems is First Plug solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First Plug solves a key part of the technological onboarding of our new collaborators: the delivery and enabling of the necessary equipment so they can start their functions properly.

This benefits us because it simplifies internal coordination, reduces the operational load of the team, and allows the person to have a more organized and positive entry experience. By receiving their equipment on time and in good condition, the new collaborator starts with a better impression of the organization and is better prepared to quickly integrate into their responsibilities.

From the first interaction, the service and attention from the First Plug team were excellent. With great professionalism, empathy, and a deep desire to accompany me in solving my problems. The outcome of working together was highly positive, especially due to their execution times.

I have no complaints. I was very satisfied with the service received.

In the past, managing hardware and acquiring the right equipment resulted in many financial losses or even unnecessary investment. Nowadays, I control my equipment and investment from a single place with team assistance, which in practice, resembles having an internal team performing these tasks with the interest and concern that I, as a project leader, give to my work.

**What do you like best about First Plug?**

I like that First Plug centralizes the management of our remote team's hardware across several countries, eliminating the need to coordinate with multiple local suppliers. I also appreciate that there is a point of contact and real-time tracking of each device, which allows us to know where each device is, who has it, and what condition it is in. The direct attention and quick response when something urgent arises, without intermediaries, makes a big difference in several countries. Additionally, the initial setup was very simple, thanks to the support from the team from the start.

They are still a young company, so they are learning and building as they grow. We're happy to be on this journey with them.

They are our partner for IT equipment distribution in LATAM. As a US-based company staffing projects in LATAM, we are able to rely on FirstPlug for equipment purchase, delivery, logistics, and storage for team members across Argentina and Brazil. The peace of mind we get with this partner is incredible. We know they will always get the job done.

It makes me feel that the treatment is more personalized with a person in charge of each task, which makes it easier to know who to talk to in cases of budgets or technical service.
