FireDrum helps with more than just large tasks, but is there even for simple questions and I never feel like I am wasting their time. Their platform has helped us create high quality e-mail content quickly by allowing me to save templates or start a new email by using an already sent email as the starting point. That means that I never have to start from scratch or can send repeat emails with a few edits. Another great feature is a live look in on the side of what the email will look like on a phone. So as I make my edits, I can constantly see what the email will look like on a computer and phone. Firedrum also has a new service that allows me to see what the email will look like on all types of platforms. For example, I can see what the email looks like on a phone versus a tablet or computer.
