What do you like best about Finvi?

I really appreciate how user-friendly Finvi is. Even though I'm not the most tech-savvy person, I was able to pick it up quickly and start using it to track customer debts. This has saved me a lot of time and frustration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Finvi?

Finvi's customer support could be better. It would be nice to know I can get help quickly if I run into any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Finvi solving and how is that benefiting you?

Finvi has helped me out in a couple of ways with managing customer debts. First, it automates a lot of repetitive tasks, like sending out reminders and following up on overdue payments. This frees me up to focus on more complex cases and strategic work. Second, it gives me a clear overview of all my customer accounts in one place, so I can easily see who owes what and prioritize my collections efforts. The system is flexible and allows the user to adapt many processes on our own without having to depend on the vendor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you are on an older platform they do not enhance technology such as SSO. Their new or add on products are priced based on licensing and that model makes them not cost effective since the older platforms require multiple licenses per user in most cases to perform their work.
