Finmark solves the problem of budgeting, modeling, and KPI dashboard for most of our clients. Not only can we build out their cash-burn budget, but we can also build out their modeling for fundraising, their KPI Metrics dashboard for the management team, and pull in their actuals from their accounting systems. Our clients love the Finmark service and are always in awe once it is implemented. For the cost, it is a lot of bang for the buck. I love the flexibility- we have 3 different revenue models that rely on multiple variables with complex dependencies, and Finmark handled it all! But it's also simple and intuitive enough that I was able to offload a lot of the setup and maintenance to other team members after previously being the only one managing a very confusing excel model. And I can't leave a review without mentioning their amazing customer support team! Deeper integrations with some of the other tools we work with would be helpful, but I know those take time. It was great being able to pull quickbooks data, but more robust syncing back from Finmark to quickbooks would've avoided the need to login to quickbooks directly. The support team is super helpful and they are always happy to come up with creative solutions to potential tech limitations. I've never run into an issue that I couldn't resolve as a result of the awesome support team. They're also super down to hop on a call to collaboratively troubleshoot.
