Nothing at the moment. Findlaw has never found me a suitable attorney. AND it is grossly inaccurate in its reporting. I would not recommend Findlaw. I would go straight to County, State, and Federal Records systems Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a recognized name that Law Firms can trust and have trusted for a long time. For FindLaw specifically, we have degreed lawyers on the editorial and marketing staff that understand how law firms work and how they need to present themselves. Initially, I went onto Findlaw to set up my profile for the consulting business and found out they offered an email address through justice.com. I have had that email since 1999. The Learn About the Law section of FindLaw is my favorite feature. This is a great section for reference and to get short summaries of legal concepts to help explain them to clients and other laypeople. Also the cases and code section is useful for personal reference either when doing legal research or looking for specific statutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best option for our office is the ability to receive emails from potential clients. They can list all of their contact information as well as the reason they are seeking legal advise so that our office can somewhat determine if the case is something we can take on. The biggest issue is the amount of inquiries that come in that do not pertain to our legal filed. This becomes a bit annoying to deal with as we are having to take time to read each legal issue that is submitted and about 60% of them do not fall into our field. It is extremely helpful for employment/HR law questions. Find Law also offers e-filing and e-signing services which can be very useful for a small office or nonprofit. I don't love the way it looks. It's very basic but it gets the job done. I think if it was a little more minimalist it would definitely look a little more appealing. The style, color and fonts are very dated in my opinion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
