It helps to make all my platforms from only one client so no second guessing my work

**What do you like best about AccessNow?**

Most helpful is that it looks and works the same on all platforms taking away the need to learn extra software.

**What do you dislike about AccessNow?**

Im not entirely happy with one app having so much control over everything on my laptop

**Recommendations to others considering AccessNow:**

It really makes things run fast, plus no instalation so what would it hurt?

**What problems is AccessNow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My slowness on my computer has stopped and it runs smoother and easier than ever.

AccessNow allows for there to be a complete secure environment. It is very helpful and makes it easy to receive advise about things that aren't as clear.

**What do you like best about AccessNow?**

It is easy to use and allows me to provide the information that I am required to provide to my supervisors as well as guide those who are under my branch to get the best results we can get.

**What do you dislike about AccessNow?**

When pitching the idea to my supervisor it became difficult to use the prices as a way to start using this service in our company. Even though rates are a bit high, the quality is definitely worth it.
